The Maine Ingredient: Soup, Comfy Soup

This week's Maine Ingredient column is about the ultimate comfort food – soup.  I write about how to use leftovers in soup to create budget-wise meals and to not waste wonderful flavor.  The two recipes are Vegetarian Three Bean Chili and Creamy Wild Rice, Mushroom and Squash Soup.
